In the context of the CBD’s revival, human behaviours are now being understood through the data behind it and further accelerated by the growing capabilities of AI technology.

This discussion will look at the interface of consumer design, how data is being utilised to guide businesses, and the ways in which creative placemaking and human-centred design can reinvigorate spaces and create meaningful experiences to return to.

Presenting a holistic view on how we can engage with our built environment, key decision makers in this field will discuss data modelling and leasing, as a landlord, developer, and agent. Alongside this is a synergy of considered design and placemaking, intuition and authenticity — quantitative elements that are combined with analytics and data to address the contemporary age.

Panellists:

_Zelman Ainsworth, director at Ainsworth Property_Callan Cameron, director at propella.ai_Nicole Ward, general manager at ISPT_Nick Travers, director at Technē Architecture + Interior Design
